OPERATING PRINCIPAL

The WNS is a traditional three-pass horizontal firetube boiler,the first pass flows throughthe furnace from front to back.The furnace is corrugated to maximize efficiency while also minimizing thermal stress.

The second and third passes travel through heavy duty seamless tubes,Flue gasses travel first from the combustion furnace to the front chamber then forming the second pass.The gases the flow through the third pass tubes to the back of the boiler stack and out the exhaust vent,located conveniently in the back of the boiler
